Notre Dame College

Notre Dame College one of the top 10 colleges in Dhaka. It was established in 1949, the college is exclusively for boys. Why is this college one of the highest-ranked colleges in Dhaka?  The teachers are extremely qualified, Co-curricular activities, low fees, and top-quality education provided here. Notre Dame College is also known for its manner and discipline.

With the most difficult written and oral exam, they said to admit 2100 student in science, 700 in commerce and 300 in the arts faculty.  Notre Dame College is the highest GPA 5 holders in Bangladesh 2017.

Dhaka City College

DCC was known by Dhaka Night College earlier. It’s one of the oldest colleges in Bangladesh. Last year this Institute student got 934 GPA 5, which is the 2nd highest in Bangladesh. Besides higher secondary education DCC also facilities graduation and post-graduation study.

Viqarunnisa Noon College

Viqarunnisa Noon College is named after an Austrian Pakistani social worker Begum Viqar un Nisa Noon, wife of the governor of East Pakistan. The earlier name of this school was Ramna Preparatory School which was established in early 1947. Viqarunnisa Noon School and college is only for girls. From all around the corner of Bangladesh girls come to take admission here.

Because this institute is highly renowned for the good result, discipline and co-curricular activities. The management committee is known for their strict policy and some think their strict rules help the college be one of the top 10 colleges in Dhaka.  And the student has to work hard and attend many private exams arranged by the school committee.

Dhaka Commerce College

Only specialized college for commerce faculty in Dhaka city, Dhaka Commerce College was established in 1989. Here you have the facility to read both Bengali and English medium. So English medium student doesn’t need to worry about the language they should study. HSC, Graduation, and Post-Graduation all the courses available here.

Dhaka College

By the name you can understand it’s one of the oldest colleges in Dhaka established since 1841, this institution used to running their activities under a different organization. Besides, under the Dhaka University, they run bachelor and post-graduation courses from 16 February 2017. Dhaka College has elaborated library, student hall and other sports facility. The college facilities only for boys.

Rajuk Uttara Model College

In Dhaka, Rajuk Uttara Model College is always known to be one of the top 10 colleges in Dhaka. In percentage of GPA, they are always the champion. Ideal School and College were also known as Motijheel Ideal School was established in 1965. This institute offers primary, secondary and higher secondary education for students. Adamjee Cantonment College

Gul Muhammad Adamjee established this college in 1960. Students of this college are mostly army personnel children but some civilian also gets the chance to study with them. The college is enriched with a library, labs, memorials of army personnel’s, has a vast playground and great classrooms. ACC is highly disciplined and maintained by army officers, a dream place to study for many students. No politics and very strict environment, a perfect place for any student. And students who seek a career in defense, better try to study this college.

Holy Cross College

Holy Cross College founded by Sister Augustine Marie 1950, the first principal of the college.  This college has a high reputation from the early period. By the name you can understand, this college is operated by Christian missionaries. Holy cross has strict rules and regulations to follow. And their result in every sect is top-notch.

Dhaka Residential Model College

DRMC is one of the largest residential school and college in Bangladesh. From 4200 students’ 1,000 students reside in its six dormitories of this school. The school is very beautiful by the look. This college has strong academic performance follows win many quizzes and National Debate challenges win.

We didn’t review these colleges and select as the top 10 colleges in Dhaka just by looking at GPA, but with extracurricular activities, teachers’ qualification, teaching quality, and college campus environment.
