National University Admission Circular 2019-20

From the year 2018-19, no formal test is taken for honors admission in National University Bangladesh. Instead of taking any formal test, students’ SSC and HSC results are taken into the ultimate account. In simple words, students’ SSC and HSC result will decide the seat in any National University affiliated colleges for honors or masters.

This year National University Honours Admission for 2018-2019 session will be opened on October 2019.

On last 25th May (Monday) 2018 82nd scholarly chamber of National University was held. This scholarly chamber was presided by national University’s Vice-chancellor Dr. Harun-Or-Rashid. Among others,  National University Pro Vice-chancellor Dr. Aslam Bhuiyan and Dr. Munaj Ahmed Nur, National University’s Treasurer Noman-Ur-Rashid and dignitaries of various divisions were available. In this gathering, National University Admission Circular 2018-2019 and other related issues were talked and several crucial decision including national university result, national university admission circular 2019-20 session,  national university admission form were taken.

This scholastic board was framed by various government colleges educators, government and non-government schools principals and senior members. An all out individual from this scholastic board is 40. NU Admission Eligibility

Before going to the heart of the post you get to know the requirements you must have to be eligible for applying for the honors first year 2019-20 session and for masters class.

To be eligible for getting admission in NU affiliated university or college, one has to pass SSC and HSC or equivalent exams with minimum GPA 2+2 in (including 4th subject) SSC and HSC or equivalent exams. National University Admission 2019-20 Session

Minimum GPA 5 (SSC + HSC or equivalent) is required for national university honors first-year admission 2019-20 session. Otherwise, you have to try the degree or pass a course in any national university affiliated colleges.

This year National University honors admission for 2019-20 session procedures will be open September 2019. The academic session for degree or pass will be initiated in November 2019.

NU Honors Admission Release Slip

When a student gets deprived from getting the desired college for NU Honors Admission, in that case, a student is offered a release slip called nu admission release slip the names of the colleges pertaining the available seats and subjects. National University Bangladesh offers release slips twice.

How to Apply for NU Honors Admission with Release Slip?

To get admission with honors release slip, first log in the admission website with the admission test roll number and PIN number. If you can do it properly, you’ll get your profile with all of your educational information you put earlier to get registered. Here, you’ll find available colleges with seats and subjects. Now your choice to pick any of them to continue filling other required information and finally, you are ready to submit the application form.

One student can select up to 5 colleges available on the release slip.

Note: no need to submit the honors release slip application form hard copy to your selected college.
